We welcome you to Scandinavia’s largest recruitment conference

For the fifth year in a row Sylvester & co is hosting Scandinavia’s largest recruitment conference in Copenhagen.

This year's conference will be held the 14th of September in Copenhagen at Den Sorte Diamant from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

We create a setting that enables 300 Nordic HR professionals to network, learn from each other's experiences and meet international recruitment experts.

Last year we branded our conference, previously known as the DK Recruitment Day, and renamed it to Nordic Recruitment Day, hereby gathering all HR professionals from the North. This year we will repeat the success and welcome all Nordic Countries to the conference.

The theme for Nordic Recruitment Day 2017 is recruitment and technology, and the day will be divided into a main track represented by keynote speakers and selected niche tracks which can be chosen based personal on interest fields. And like the other years the day is held in English so everyone has a chance to participate.

There is room for 300 participants, and we are soon reaching 280 attendees. Please use the registration form below if you wish to participate or receive information about the conference.

Musings of Man and Machine

Randstad Sourceright

Keynote speaker Jim Stroud (US)
Robots, artificial intelligence, autonomous cars... Some would suggest that the battle lines are already drawn between man and machine with non-techies suffering as casualties of war. Testimonials from former participants

“The program was an excellent combination of looking at future challenges and the keynotes’ suggestions on how they went along with the challenges of the recruitment. The day covered both Talent Management, Employer Branding, Big Data and the use of social media. Definitely an inspiring day with relevant keynote speakers."
Sarah Øgaard Olsen, Talent Acquisition Manager, Dansk Supermarked

“I attended NRD 2016 because it is an event where you can both network and get information on the “latest news” in the industry. The speakers were great and inspirational, and I think it was a good program with time to network. Nordic Recruitment Day provides a good opportunity for the sharing of knowledge and experience because you meet a lot of people who have the same challenges in their everyday life.“
Karna Vejborg, Recruitment Manager, ALK Abelló.

“I participated at the Nordic Recruitment Day 2016 in order to get new inspiration and new tools which I definitely got out of the day. The themes and speeches were, in many ways, an eye-opener for me and now I have input, motivation and tools to work more with data-driven HR in my everyday life. I would definitely recommend others to participate at Nordic Recruitment Days.”
Mads Edvard, Global Recruitment Partner, Designit.

“The annual Recruitment Day introduces a broad range of concepts and tools, and insists on presenting the cutting edge trends and principles - and not just the useful regular knowledge. I was inspired of how some companies manage to map international sourcing channels in a structured way - and how strategic Talent Acquisition was handled in a smart way by a leading international online business. I plan to attend again to expand my horizons.”
Martin B. Arvidsen, Global Talent Acquisition Manager, GN Store Nord
