Since the first DK Recruitment Day in 2013 we have experienced an increasing interest and involvement in the conference. Participation from the other Nordic countries has been significant during the past two years, and therefore we have decided to relaunch the conference as “Nordic Recruitment Day”.
This year the conference takes place September 14 in Copenhagen at Kosmopol from 8.30-16.30.
The purpose of the conference is to inspire, discuss and focus on the recruitment tendencies of the future. We set the stage for 200 HR-professionals to network, learn from each other’s experiences, and meet international recruitment specialists.
In line with last year's conferences, the day will be divided into a main track represented by keynote speakers and selected niche tracks can be chosen based on personal interests. The tracks and keynotes will be conducted in English.
Maximum capacity is 200 participants and registrations are already rolling in. Please use the contact form if you wish to attend or have questions about the conference.
Today, companies deploy more resources in order to attract, recruit and maintain the best talents. But how do we attract these talents? And which channels are the most effective in this pursuit?
Increasingly, managers become aware that an efficient recruitment tool is right in front of them – their colleagues. Recruiting through the employees’ network is not a new phenomenon, but with the recent advances within social media and digital platforms, this development has gained traction. This field is currently the most interesting development on the international recruitment arena.
An improved HR bottom line
Several international analyses show that recommended employees are 20% less inclined to leave their job, and they are far more productive. But how do you make the most of this pool of untapped talent? And what is the role of HR?
Ambassadors Recruitment
For this reason, we have picked "Ambassadors Recruitment" - also known under the name “Employee Advocacy” - as the main theme for Nordic Recruitment Day 2016. Other topics, relevant cases, different national and international perspectives and experiences will be presented, along with the tools to how you make use of your latent pool of talent far better in the future.
